status	enum	status of the dispute: - created - initiated - successful - declined - rejected
amount	num	amount disputed
settledAmount	num	amount credited if dispute is successful
provisionalTxnId	string	transactionId of the provisional credit
settlementTxnId	string	transactionId of credit if dispute is successful
lostReason	string	future use - not currently populated
