Using the Help Desk API, you can:
- Create a Ticket
- Update a Ticket
- Retrieve a Ticket
- List all Tickets
- Upload an Attachment
- Update a Ticket with comments
- Delete a Ticket
- Add Ticket Comments
- List Ticket Comments
